Caz Young RN | Clinical Educator | Global Nurse Faculty Associate

Caz is a registered nurse with more than 20 years’ experience specialising in aesthetic treatments. She has a reputation for her extensive knowledge, calm nature, meticulous precision and discretion.

Caz graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2001 from the University of Technology Sydney. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside international leaders in the field and established a reputation for providing the highest level of care in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. After a year of nursing in acute mental health, Caz transitioned to Cosmetic Nursing in 2002, beginning her career at Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia. She then expanded her skills in education and business development with Clearskincare clinics, opening and managing several successful locations across Australia for over a decade.

Caz later focused on her passion for education and aesthetic treatments at Australia’s then leading aesthetic clinic, Face Today. In 2013, she joined the Face Plus team in Bondi Junction, working alongside a medical team of RNs and plastic surgeons while also serving as a clinical presenter and trainer for Galderma. In this role, she conducted training sessions and workshops on the artistic and safe use of aesthetic treatments, a commitment she continues to uphold.

In 2016, Caz established Metica Clinic in Sydney’s CBD, where she provides aesthetic treatments in a private and relaxed environment. Best practice is at the forefront of Metica clinic, working alongside a team of doctors, whom are always involved in the process, care and support of your treatments and consultation.

Caz is passionate about clinical education. She attends numerous anatomy classes each year nationally and around the globe. She is an awarded member of Galderma’s Global Nurse Faculty, successfully publishing clinical papers in aesthetics with a dedicated team of international aesthetic nurses.

She is a mum to two beautiful kids.

“I appreciate that a little time out for yourself improves your wellbeing and is an essential ingredient for confidence. It is understandable to be reluctant to talk about cosmetic treatments and a little overwhelmed by it all. Allow yourself to be better informed and assured in your choice.”
